Mr Sudarshan Karle
Director
Mr Sudarshan Karle is a founding member of the 'Group Executive Board' and also holds the position of Director in Karle Infra and Karle International. With over 25 years of experience, he takes care of manufacturing and strategic financial management. He provides leadership guidance to functions like Group HR, industrial engineering, labour force motivation and management. Through his vision and strategic initiatives, the company has transformed into a successful corporate group. And his motto of 'challenging the status quo' has helped the group companies move forward with confidence. In Karle Infra, he provides strategic inputs across functions like corporate finance, legal, projects and general management. He holds an honors degree in Physics.
Mr Mahendra Karle
Director
Mr Mahendra Karle is a founding member of the 'Group Executive Board' and is also the main driving force behind forging and sustaining strategic partnerships with international brands.With a strong commitment to 'calculated risk taking', he has brought in fresh thinking that has enabled the business to evolve from being a family owned firm to a highly diversified business conglomerate. His stint with other companies after his graduation in engineering has helped the company in shaping divisions like business development and also in the formation and growth of other strategic business units like Cymbio Pharma and Karle Packaging. He provides operational and leadership inputs across functions like group finance, pre-production and new business opportunities.
Mr P.P.Madappa
Sr. Group Advisor
Mr Madappa brings with him rich experience of having lead both public and private sector organizations, which includes profit-making blue chip companies. He has been with the Karle Group for 8 years, mentoring and advising various companies in the group, with his multi-disciplinary capabilities. He obtained his MBA from IIMA after his post-graduation in M.Sc. Agri Economics. His core competencies include international marketing, strategic management, leadership development, finance, agri business management and general management. His dynamism, commitment to work, leadership qualities and vision as a full-time advisor to Karle Group are his major ongoing contributions.
